Trauma in the Bible: A deep dive into examples, stories and anecdotes for trauma throughout the Bible.

Epigenetics of trauma: Taking a close look at how trauma impacts our DNA, and subsequently affects future generations. Intergenerational and historical trauma can help explain and identify some of the current personal challenges we may face today.

The importance of creating safe spaces of healing: Understanding the significance of a safe space that can help promote healing and how to create a welcoming, non-judgmental, supportive environment or relationship.

Post-traumatic growth: Exploring how to grow and positively change following a traumatic event or experience.

Emotionally healthy spirituality/leadership: Examining the core principles for a healthy and holistic spiritual life and approach to leadership.
