About Davene

Davene C.R. Harris serves as the Operations Manager at Soul Care Christian Counselling & Consulting, bringing over 15 years of experience in administration, education, social services, and Christian ministry across the Caribbean, North America, and Europe.

With a background in Information Technology, Management, and Counselling, Davene specializes in providing operational and administrative support to therapists, counsellors, coaches, and private practice owners. She is passionate about creating efficient systems, streamlining processes, and implementing strategies that support organizational growth while allowing clinicians to focus on what matters most: caring for their clients.

At Soul Care, Davene plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting the clinical team, improving administrative processes, and contributing to the practice's continued growth and development. Her approach is solution-oriented, detail-focused, and people-centred, ensuring that both clinicians and clients experience thoughtful, professional, and compassionate support.

Originally from Jamaica, Davene is also a trained educator, certified counsellor, relationship coach, author, and speaker. Her diverse professional background, combined with her Christian faith and commitment to serving others, shapes the excellence, care, and intentionality she brings to her work.
