As a behaviour therapist and future counsellor, I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and supported. My multicultural roots and lived experience have deeply shaped how I approach therapy—with cultural humility, openness, and a deep respect for every person’s story.

Grounded in my Christian faith, I believe in the inherent worth, dignity, and resilience of every individual. This foundation guides my commitment to walking alongside clients with compassion,  

integrity, and hope—no matter where they are in their journey.

Drawing from my background in behavioural therapy, I specialize in supporting children, teens, and adults facing emotional, developmental, or life challenges. As I continue my journey toward becoming a registered counsellor, I bring a warm, structured, and collaborative approach to every session. 

I’m passionate about integrating creativity, structure, and cultural awareness into the therapeutic process. I understand the importance of honouring culture, identity, and intergenerational stories in the therapy room—because healing is never one-size-fits-all.
