Meet Christiana

As an MSW student with a passion for supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, Christiana's experience includes walking alongside people dealing with anxiety, depression, and the everyday stressors of life, and she brings both skill and compassion to this work.

Christiana believes that healing begins in safe, supportive spaces where people feel seen and valued. In her practice, she strives to listen deeply, provide practical strategies for resilience, and honor the unique stories and identities that shape each person’s journey.

Outside of her training and sessions, you can often find Christiana in her garden. Tending to plants reminds her of the slow, intentional process of growth and renewal — something she also carries into her work with clients.

As she continues the journey toward becoming a social worker, Christiana remains dedicated to creating environments of care, empathy, and hope.
